Each office warehouse unit is 30'x50' (1500 square feet) and are fully climate-controlled. The office has a separate door and is accessed from inside the unit.
The open design of the units can be customized to fit your specific business or personal needs, multiple units can also be connected.
Non-climate controlled units are 20'x50' (1,000 square feet) and have a 10 foot wide roll-up door.
Units are constructed with corregated steel wall panelling inside and out and sealed concrete floors to hold up to your toughest job tasks and storage needs.
Each office unit is equipped with a private bathroom for privacy and convenience.
